I can't believe it's only Tuesday! Still so much week left. The first thing I did when I woke up this morning was purchase the naturally dried skull of a ram. Almost made me miss the bus fiddling with my etsy transaction. But why, you ask?? Welp, my fabulous and beautiful and talented friend and tattoo artist Jasmine Wright happens to trade tattoos for taxidermy/dead things. My friends, with the purchase of this poor dead ram's skull I am 85% sure I will be embarking on a chest piece next month. Not all the way across my chest, rather something on each side. That something I am thinking is a traditional style panther head facing a traditional style tiger head. Ya know, so everyone knows how hardcore I am. (ha) Still on the fence though.
Other exciting things: Velvet Tangerine is now accessible by visiting www.velvet-tangerine.com! How did this happen? Well I bought the domain name. Go me.
Oh oh I ordered these 80%20 platforms with the remainder of the Amazon gift card I won at work--
They came to my office today and they are SOOO divine. They don't even go with what I'm wearing today and yet I have not taken them off. I think 80%20 is the latest on my list of heaven-sent shoe brands. Also on this list? BC Footwear and Big Buddha shoes. Mmmhmmm.
A small, plastic Christmas tree appeared, unsanctioned, in my living room a few days ago. At first I creeped around it, unsettled by its alien presence. Now I'm enjoying watching my cat climb its fake branches like her own little Everest.
